Heather taught me how to go about health and fitness right. There are no quick fixes, magic pills, drop-20-pounds-in-a-week-and-keep-it-off plans which we all want to believe. She taught me patience and perseverance to overcome my messed up metabolism which was not easy. I really had to learn to trust the process. I was never terribly overweight but over the years of dieting repeatedly I learned I wasn’t eating enough calories and still not losing. So, I joined the GF2 Crew and built muscle, lost fat and increased my calories. It was the longest road ever but SO worth it.
