Where most fall short…
Not understanding the various markers of progress.
Dropping calories way too low too fast.
Adding too much cardio.
Plateaus hit with no where to go but cut more calories.
Failure to set up a good off season.
Ineffective workouts.
All of the above leaves competitors dieting down harshly causing serious metabolic slow down, plateaus and eating pretty much nothing while doing hours of daily cardio.
Research based knowledge…

“I have never read such a complete and thorough fitness guide. It not only answered any questions i had, but covered ares I didn’t realize could be affecting my goals. There is SO LITTLE organized info out there for women, that I really appreciated the work it took for Heather to compile this. $40 was a steal….its what one month of membership at my gym would cost…and that doesn’t include all the guidance that comes in the packet. Thanks, Heather.”
“Very informative guide for diet, workouts, and supplements. She does not just tell you what to do but why it is done this way. I really like her discussion of the science behind the recommendations- however it is not overly long-winded like some other e-books. It is the perfect length. The only negative is that the exercise guide might be a little too much upper body focused for the bikini division. In bikini I was told to never work the chest. When I competed in bikini, I trained upper body twice per week (versus her 3) and lower body with a glute focus 3 times per week and then 4 times per week the last month before my show. But my glutes needed a ton of work and that is why you should hire a coach to look at you and determine where your deficits are- which Heather recommends in her e-book. A good addition to this e-book would be to add some sample poses for each division via pictures. I absolutely love the inclusion of the a real diet/exercise sample of one of her clients during peak week so you can copy it. Overall WELL worth the money! I paid a trainer a lot of money for all the information she has included here in this 42 page book.”
“I loved this ebook! I have been researching everywhere online for information on figure and bikini competitions and this book is perfect. It answered all of my questions and is a great guide if you are looking to enter a competition. I learned many new things that I did not know and I love receiving the emails as well. Definitely download this ebook!!”
“GREAT GUIDE!!! This is a very very very complete guide with reasoning on why you would do things and how to customize a plan. So many other affordable guides I have found to be so incredibly vague. This is was excellent!”
“Great Guide. Exactly what i needed to jump start my competition season for 2017. I am giving no coach a shot one more time with this guide. But the Macros calculations and other things for prep are great!! Helped me fix my eating plan. I can’t wait to see the results”
“It was what i needed to be able to calculate my macros correctly and revamp my workouts. i had been in a rut and only having minimal changes this is helping me focus and maybe get to my goal at the end of the year of placing in open competition”

Ok so I was a little skeptical about downloading yet another “free” ebook about competition prep. However, after downloading it, I must say that this “free” ebook is worth more than the $5, $10, and $15 ebooks I have purchased about competition prep. She gives you 40+ pages of INFORMATION not fluff, which I can definitely appreciate. From your pre prep, to official prep, to the actual day of the show. She even teaches you how to breakdown your macros which is hard to do if you don’t have a background in a field where this is taught (nutrition, physiology, kinesiology, etc.) Of course, I was in luck and I was able to get this book when it was free! However, it is worth the money! BUY or DOWNLOAD it!! It is WORTH IT!

This book is truly incredible. I am so thankful to have been given this for free. It is a lot of great information but its not information overload like some products tend to be. It’s clear and simple and to the point. The workouts are laid out in two different ways which helps for preference. It is very helpful for figuring out your diet and it gives you the training to go along with it. It’s definitely worth the buy!

I was so thankful to get this book FREE! I have purchased other competition books in the past and the information is so generalized or limited that they weren’t worth my money. I thought this book was comprehensive and I was grateful to see “examples” in the book . I appreciate all of the information you included in the book Heather! Thanks so much!!!!!

This guide is very comprehensive. It covers how to set up your calories and macros for a successful diet, time scales, training, tan, plus lots more.
What I particularly liked is the stressing of the importance of a good off season and reverse dieting if necessary. It makes sense! Starting off on too few calories / cardio leaves no room to cut! This has personally helped me raise my calorie level from 1300- 1400 a day to 2000. My metabolism is on fire and when it comes to contest prep, I ll have so much more room to cut calories.
It’s a great resource to get you contest ready. I refer to it all the time. Thank you for all the great info.

This guide is excellent!! I’ve been considering competing in a bikini competition for some time now and am always looking for resources that give concrete information as opposed to vague generalities. This guide has macro guidelines you can actually use, examples of foods to help meet your macros (putting together foods that meet my macros has always been a struggle), and example workout plans for competitors. I’m super excited to utilize the information I’ve gained from this guide and can’t wait to see where it takes me! Thanks so much for putting this together!

At first I thought holy gawd, this is a lot of information, how will I ever understand this but, I sat down read through it and it totally makes sense, it is laid out well and there is a lot of information to custom your contest prep. I am really excited to see my results!

This was SO helpful for my show! At first I was looking for something that would just give me a cookie cutter program but this is a great guide on how and what to do to custom your program as you go. Very understandable and lots of info. Be ready to do some reading.

This guide has A LOT of information. There isn’t much for at home workouts as I don’t always have access to a gym but otherwise, this was everything I needed to clarify a lot of equations I had to do a prep on my own. But be ready to really sit down and do some reading.
