I purchased this guide in January and it has given me the direction I needed. I feel so lost with all the fitness information online and I never know who to trust and where to put my money but this guide has been worth it! I learned how to set up my diet and work with it and the workout rotation is awesome! I also love the exercise pictures that are included in the guide. Your blog/training download made me realize many, many things over the last couple months:
I was skinny fat for a long time. I was eating far too many carbs and not nearly enough protein, and thought cardio was the answer. WRONG!!! And sadly, I am one of millions of women who tell a similar story.
Your info made me realize how important correct macros are to success, which was my main problem. I always had the mental strength to dedicate time to exercise, and could control eating but I had no good guidance. The REALLY funny thing is, I am eating more now that I have in YEARS. NO , the scale has only dropped about 1 pound, but , as you say, the mirror does not lie and you are right!
its only been 2 months, and look what I have accomplished, and that includes about 1 cheat meal a week. I actually made progress, so I am excited when I think about just keeping it up over the winter months. I won’t panick about shorts season in April.
Basically, you have made me realize my goals are attainable and I don’t have to starve myself to lose my saddlebags!!! ANd when you see results, it is motivation to work out more!
