I really love this bundle. The guide is written in a way that I can customize my program to fit my lifestyle, needs and abilities. I was really impressed with the way the information was laid out as well as the fact that it is detailed enough to understand why you may do things but not long winded where I get bored as hell reading it! So many fitness guides I have found are so generic and I get so disappointed with advice like, “just eat a salad with tun and nuts”, but not this guide. I learned how to set up my macros and how to balance diet with my workouts. Well worth it!

WOW. Get ready to really sit down and learn some stuff. I feel like I could be a personal trainer myself, (okay not really) but, this is a very detailed guide and easy to either quick start or hunker down to customize your program. This program will keep me going for months to come with the 3 week rotation set up. It keeps me super motivated as you cycle back through the weeks trying to improve and beat what you did before.
