So, I have been procrastinating putting my pavlok to use. Its on my counter and I haven’t even read the pamphlet yet. Do I want to be shocked if I don’t adhere to the goals I have set…. No! Talk about karma, we used a shock collar for a short time on our dog 8 years ago… damn,
although, this really is self inflicted. Do I want to keep my hot bod and stop biting my nails… hell yes! It makes for good conversation. Interesting people do interesting things… makes you want to know them. And, it gives you something to talk about. right? er, not?
This is why I really don’t want to gain 20 lbs this bulking season… I am totally not proportianate when I get heavier… nope, my boobs don’t get bigger when I gain fat back… I am a pancake…
I’ve been asking myself that same question for years. I even bought a bigger bra when I was 17 with positive thoughts that I might grow into it… yeah, no, that didn’t happen. Maybe I should just don grapefruits so I can enjoy cake…..
I just need to get my ass to bed right now. I am taking a break from working on a post about protein. My time is pretty limited between kids, fitness and my blog. In the few hours I work on my blog in a day, I have been pluggin away onThe Ultimate Get Fit Girls’ Guide to Protein… and I just need to go to bed. I am tired! … and usually hungry when I stay up late… then I eat and it all goes to hell! Just go to bed Heather!…. and put on your damn pavlok…
