Save The Bro’s!!!! Organic Fuel

Okay, so Organic Valley gets some major kudo’s for coming up with this ad for a post workout protein drink they call Organic Fuel.

When I saw this I thought, totally up my alley! I avoid drinking excessive protein powder due to fact it has artificial sweeteners and is known to be an inflammatory food for which I blame my current acne issues.

Anyway, when I looked up the ingredients to this amazing post workout drink, you’ll find that’s its lactose free chocolate milk with added protein. As studies have shown, chocolate milk in general is well known to be an effective recovery drink. So for the great price (insert sarcastic tone) of 17.99 for 4 bottles, you too could be saving the Bro’s too!!!!
